Operational Benchmarks in Autism and Impact on Financial Performance

Operational Benchmarks in Autism and Impact on Financial Performance

Recorded June 21, 2022

Abstract

A small set of operational metrics can comprehensively explain the financial performance of a company providing ABA services. We will review these metrics and their impact on performance. We will also review the results of an industry survey recently conducted to obtain benchmarks for these operational metrics and the implied general range of performance that currently exists in the field. Finally, we will discuss how companies can evaluate and prioritize these benchmarks to impact their bottom line.
