CASP Welcomes New Board Member, Naa Garrido, MS, BCBA, BSL

On July 1, 2021, Naa Garrido, MS BCBA, BSL, chief executive officer of Galena Autism and Behavioral Services (GABS), and Dr. Eric Larsson, executive director, Clinical Services, Lovaas Institute Midwest will join an esteemed list of experts in the field of Applied Behavior Analysts (ABA) as they begin a three-year tenure as Board of Directors with Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP).

Naa brings extensive experience with autism spectrum disorders and challenging behaviors and specializes in ABA for the treatment of children with autism, behavior, developmental, and learning needs. Since its inception in 2013, GABS commitment to ABA treatment is evident through their client success and a strong commitment to enriching the lives of children with autism and other developmental needs to reach their individual potentials.

Naa entered the behavioral service field because of her love and passion for helping children and their families. “I believe in the ABA method and best practices that can transform behaviors and elevate expectations for these children,” she offers.

She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a State Licensed Behavior Specialist and earned a BS in Health Education from East Carolina University and an MS in Behavior Analysis from St. Joseph’s University.
