Catherine DeBroder Joins CASP’s Autism Commission on Quality

Boston, MA—The Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) has hired Catherine DeBroder as client services manager for the Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ).

DeBroder brings 14 years’ clinical and business experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Most recently, she served as executive vice president of clinical operations for Eagle's Will ABA, where she led a team of clinicians and provided clinical, financial, and strategic operational leadership. Before that, she was director of operations for Key Autism Services.

In addition to those leadership roles, DeBroder served as a BCBA in Newton, Lexington, and Westwood Public Schools in Boston, MA. She also worked in residential facilities for children and young adults with autism and traumatic brain injuries. In 2024, DeBroder earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
