Accessing the Templates

Before accessing the CASP Session Note Templates, you must complete an online training to help ensure the templates are used as intended.

• After the training, users will be asked to complete an optional survey and a required Terms of Use Agreement.
• Upon submission of the signed Terms of Use Agreement, users will be given access to the templates.

1. About the training

The CASP Session Note Template trainings are hosted on CASP's Online CEU Center. If you do not already have an account, you will be asked to register for a free account when enrolling in the course. If you are not a BCBA, please enter "N/A" when asked for your certification number.

For owners/administrators of organizations that deliver ABA services to autistic clients, individual providers of ABA services, payers, regulators, and other interested stakeholders:

• There are separate trainings on the use of the session note templates for the current Category I CPT Codes (97153-58) and the Category III CPT Codes (0362T and 0373T). 1.0 BACB Learning CEU is offered for each of these trainings.

For Vendors who offer session documentation functionality and who may want to incorporate the CASP Session Note Templates into their platforms:

• Completion of the vendor training will provide access to session notes for the entire CPT codes set for adaptive behavior services. 

Enroll in the Session Note training for Vendors.

BACB CEUs are not offered for the vendor training; however, a certificate of completion will be issued.

2. About the Survey

As a BACB ACE Provider, CASP must provide an opportunity to give feedback on courses that offer CEU credit.  This optional survey is provided immediately upon successful completion of the quiz within the CASP Online Learning Center. 

3. About the Terms of Use Agreement

After users have been given the option to share feedback on the training, they will arrive at the course completion page. Users can access and complete the Terms of Use Agreement from this page and download CEU Certificates or Certificates of Completion. 

Once the Terms of Use Agreement has been completed, users will receive an e-mail with a link to access the templates.
