Abstract

The landscape for mergers, acquisitions, and growth financings in ABA and pediatric therapy has evolved in recent years. This webinar session will deliver actionable insights into how investors and acquirers evaluate opportunities in the autism treatment sector. For providers and executive leadership, understanding the key value drivers that attract investment capital is critical—whether you're seeking growth financing or considering an exit strategy. Our discussion will cover:

  • Current valuation trends and market conditions specific to ABA providers

  • Strategic positioning to maximize enterprise value with investors and acquirers

  • Effective management of perceived risks that impact interest level and valuation multiples

  • Operational improvements that enhance attractiveness to potential counterparties

Drawing from recent transaction experience and investor sentiment, we'll identify the evolving criteria used by acquirers when evaluating ABA practices. We’ll also discuss important considerations and value drivers such as balancing the emphasis placed on achieving both operational efficiency and clinical excellence while maintaining financial stability and growth capacity. The session concludes with questions and answers from participants.

BACB CEU credit is not offered for this webinar.
