Supervision SIG

The purpose of the Supervision SIG is to provide a space for BCBAs who provide clinical supervision to RBT’s, BCaBAs, and supervisees in coursework to collaborate, share resources, best practices, and expertise to improve the overall quality of supervision.

This SIG's short-term goals include:

• Maintain ongoing documentation of resources shared.

• Engage in active conversation (via email, meeting, or CASP social media platform) around topics or concerns that SIG members bring to the group, resulting in possible action steps.

• Identify, recommend, and create consensus on best practices when providing clinical supervision.

Long-term goals:

• Improve the supervision practices of supervisors.

• Provide meaningful, ongoing support to supervisors.
