The CASP ReThink Special Interest Group (SIG) is intended to provide a peer support network for organizations that use ReThink to support clinical, billing, and practice management within their agencies.
This SIG's short-term goals include
- Continue to develop a Workaround Manual for ReThink (RT) users to use. This manual includes workarounds for issues that come up in the system that the system does not currently support.
- Conduct a Q&A and Roadmap meeting with RT leadership during regular SIG meetings.
The ReThink SIG meets every two months on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 2:30 pm ET via Zoom. This meeting is an additional occurrence for December 2026.
How to Join the Call
- From the event page on the CASP website. If you are logged into the CASP website and associated with a CASP Member organization, you can join the call from the link in the blue box above.
- For security purposes, all participants must be logged into a Zoom account when joining the call. A free Zoom account can be created here if you do not already have one.
