This 60-minute presentation will provide an in-depth look at The Unumb Center for Neurodevelopment’s structured approach to hiring and onboarding behavior technicians, designed to cultivate high-quality Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Attendees will learn how the Center integrates values-based recruitment, competency-driven onboarding, and ongoing performance support to ensure technicians are not only well-prepared for certification but also aligned with the clinical and cultural standards of the organization.

The session will outline each phase of the process—from initial candidate screening and interview protocols to onboarding milestones, mentorship systems, and fidelity checks.
