Organization Overview
Encompass Therapy Center, (ETC) is dedicated to improving individuals’ quality of life through evidence-based teaching and the values of care, compassion, and integrity. The center promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in both its hiring practices and client services, welcoming all individuals regardless of background.
Services: ETC provides therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under Board Certified Behavior Analysts. They also offer Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and pediatric feeding services.
Approach: ETC emphasizes fun, interactive, and educational learning environments. Each client receives an individualized treatment plan focused on positive reinforcement and meaningful skill development. Progress is continually assessed, and plans are adjusted as needed. ETC promotes collaboration between team members, caregivers and educators to provide quality services and help clients generalize skills across different settings.
