Organization Overview

We offer behavioral therapy services based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which has been scientifically proven to be a very effective treatment. Through the ABA principles of reinforcement, extinction, and punishment, we use techniques and strategies to foster skills for a person's autonomy and independence, as well as to reduce or eliminate challenging behaviors that hinder learning, family, school, and social life. Our practice is based on knowledge derived from science, direct observation, data recording and measurements are essential. We work with less restrictive and invasive scientific evidence methods. Decisions are based on data and direct observation of the infant's behavior.
We are committed to the execution of an individual intervention plan, which involves the family, school and community environment. We are a serious, responsible, honest and ethically committed professional team that applies ABA strategies and techniques. Under these standards, we train people as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT®) certified by the BACB. Our team is governed by the standards of the BACB Code of Professional Ethics and Conduct for Behavior Analysts.Guided by the basic principles of ethics: do no harm, protect, respect autonomy and confidentiality, benefit others, be fair, be faithful and honest, safeguard the dignity of the child, treat others with care and compassion, pursue excellence, accept responsibility for actions.
