Business Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions of participation in CASP webinars:

The following Terms and Conditions apply to individual representatives of CASP Business Affiliates (“Representatives”) who are participating in a CASP hosted or sponsored webinar as a speaker:

  1. Webinar content must be educational and not promote a particular product or service.
  2. Representatives will not solicit attendees of the webinar.
  3. Representatives will not be provided with webinar attendee contact information.
  4. Representatives will not collect, reproduce or share any webinar attendee contact information that may be disclosed during the webinar.
  5. Representatives will not disparage CASP Member Organizations or other CASP Affiliates.

Violation of any of these terms and conditions will result in removal from consideration for any future submitted webinars or conference sessions.

Terms and conditions of participation in CASP Special Interest Groups:

The following Terms and Conditions apply to individual representatives of CASP Business Affiliates (“Representatives”) participating in Special Interest Groups ("SIG"s). By submitting a statement of interest to participate in a CASP SIG, Representatives agree to the following:

  1. Representatives will not join CASP SIGs without an approved statement of interest.
  2. Representatives will not solicit CASP members.
  3. Representatives will not use the CASP online Community to promote their products or services.
  4. Representatives will identify themselves as a CASP Business Affiliate when prompted during registration for the online community.
  5. Representatives will not collect, reproduce, or share any CASP Member contact information that may be disclosed during CASP community activities.
  6. Representatives will not contact CASP members through the private chat feature.
  7. Representatives will not disparage CASP Member Organizations or other CASP Affiliates.

Violation of any of these terms and conditions may result in the removal of the Representative, or all representatives of their CASP Business Affiliate, from the online CASP Community.
