Aaron Blocher-Rubin, PhD, BCBA

Dr. Aaron Blocher-Rubin is the founder and CEO of Arizona Autism United (AZA United). Over the past 15+ years he has led the organization from startup to maturity, providing multidisciplinary care and community support for hundreds of autism families each day. In 2014, he was named Nonprofit Director of the Year by the Organization for Nonprofit Executives. He is licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and previously served as the elected President of the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis. He received his clinical training at UCLA and the Lovaas Institute. He has hosted a podcast for autism professionals and currently teaches a graduate course in Principles of Management and Organizational Behavior for Nonprofits at Arizona State University. His education includes an MBA in Healthcare and a PhD in Human Services.
