Here are answers to some commonly asked questions about the new library.

What happened to the CEU Center?

CASP courses are no longer hosted on the CEU Center. You’ll now access your CASP courses through the CASP Education and Resource Library.

Where are my courses?

After logging in, select My Courses to view courses you’ve purchased or have access to.

Do CASP members need a coupon or access code?

No. Courses available as a member benefit can be redeemed for free. No codes are required.

I purchased a course. Where can I find my receipt or order history?

Your receipts and order history are available through your CASP Member Compass.

What if I can’t find my course?

First, make sure you’re logged in using the email address associated with your CASP account. If you still can’t find your course, contact library@casproviders.org.

Where can I find previously earned CASP CEU Certificates?

Email members@casproviders.org for assistance.
