Therapy Brands SIG

This SIG will endeavor to consolidate feedback from the CASP community to facilitate organizational collaboration with leadership from Therapy Brands regarding issues with their platforms.

This SIG's short-term goals include

• Have 50% project completion on the targeted list from TherapyBrands based on CASP feedback.
• Facilitate quicker timelines for urgent fixes needed resulting in potential loss of revenue or data.
• Improve functionality of systems based on immediate feedback and support tickets submitted in a more timely manner.

The Therapy Brands SIG meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 3:00 pm ET via Zoom.
